Account Executive - Construction Tech
Our client is looking to add an experienced Account Executive to the team to spearhead their 2024 growth plans. Their project management platform enables teams to predict and plan for both expected and unexpected events to ensure overall project efficiency.
They are looking for a highly collaborative and driven individual to join the team as an Account Executive. You will be responsible for driving new business sales and identifying areas to expand the portfolio within accounts you bring on board.
Package - $110,000-150,000 + Super + $200-250k OTE uncapped
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business through outbound prospecting efforts such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach
Account Based selling approach with support from marketing and the sales development team helping to target your accounts
Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand their needs and pain points
Present customised solutions matching the clients requirements
Collaborate with the technical team and customer success function to ensure all clients needs are met
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
To be successful in this role, you should have:
2-4 years closing experience in Software Sales - ERP/Con-tech a bonus!!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to think on your feet and handle rejection and setbacks with grace
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record of selling into retail, manufacturing and construction verticals a big bonus!!
