Sales Development Representative - Global HCM Vendor

Package: $60,000-80,000 + Super + $90-110k OTE uncapped

Our Client has significant backing from Private Equity and is looking to expand the Australian team hiring a Sales Development Representative to support the local leadership team. Bringing data-driven decision making capabilities to enterprise organisations on effectively managing their workforce and the overall structure has enabled companies to plan accordingly to volatile market situations.

As an Enterprise SDR you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new sales leads through outbound prospecting efforts and working closely with the local team to ensure the right markets and stakeholders are being targeted.  

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through outbound prospecting efforts such as cold-calling, email/LinkedIn prospecting etc.

  • Nurture leads until they are ready to be passed on to the sales team

  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand their needs and pain points

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and qualification target.  

To be successful in this role, ideally you will be:

  • 12-18+ months in an SDR role
